After our first meeting on 20th march, we had another 2 meetings after that.

The 2nd meeting was on 27th march at my house again. We eventually decide to focus on the topic of "responsibility" as a whole and to choose out on 5 specific actions that shows respnsibility. We also modified our acticities and eventually decide on using podcast. We took a long time to finally decide on the activities and to start on our content. After which,we started on the actual powerpoint slides which we will use in our chinese CME lesson. We managed to complete the powerpoint slides and also our podcast recording. I was doing most of the content for the ppt with peisin while stephanie came up with the script for our sample podcast. After which, stephanie and peisin did the recording. In total, we spend around 8hours meeting at my house to do up most of the things. What is left is our lesson idea summary which we decide to do on our next meeting and also the formatting and design for our powerpoint slides.

Our next meeting was during on Monday,29th March during the 5hours break we have between our lesson. We worked on the lesson idea summary with the use of of the template that was given and managed to complete the lesson idea summary. We will be putting it down in regular paragraph format report in our next meeting. We are also left with our last and final powerpoint slides to the class which will be a reduced version of our larger ppt. We have yet to choose the best 10mins which we want to present to the class,so we will do so when we meet up.

The next meeting is decided on this Sunday,4th April. We will be completing the formatting of the powerpoint slides. We will be dividing the work up where maybe 2 of us will do the report for the lesson idea and one to work on the formatting of the powerpoint. We hope that by our next meeting on Sunday we will have done up most of the work.
